Workshop - Managing the risk of anaphylaxis

Maria Said, President of Anaphylaxis Australia Inc will present an interactive half-day workshop on allergy, intolerance and anaphylaxis in Sydney on Saturday 1st May 2010.

The session will include a snapshot of what happens when someone has an allergic reaction, how to respond in an emergency, and information on food labelling and ‘may contain’ statements.
