Western Australian gluten free expo, March 2011

The Coeliac Society of Western Australia is hosting the Gluten Free Food and Healthy Living Expo on 12 and 13 March at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre in Western Australia.

The Expo, which is sponsored by Coles, aims to improve understanding of coeliac disease and the importance and benefits of a gluten free diet. It also includes promotion of healthy lifestyles featuring diet options, food intolerances, allergy awareness and alternative health approaches.
