The Coeliac Society’s iPhone application

The Coeliac Society of Australia Ingredient List booklet has been converted to an iPhone application that can be downloaded from the iPhone Store. The application details over 800 ingredients and 300 additives used in Australian and New Zealand foods and indicates whether they are safe for inclusion in a gluten free diet. Both the booklet and the application only provide information relevant to foods sold in Australia and New Zealand.
