RSSL sets up ‘Allergens in a Nutshell’ network

UK scientific consultancy company RSSL has set up a unique networking group called ‘Allergens in a nutshell’ to cover a broad range of issues related to food allergens. The company maintains the ‘Linked In’ forum was established in response to delegate feedback during the roadshows of the same name that are conducted throughout the UK by RSSL.

Subjects covered include: legislation and industry best practice; clinical developments and emerging allergens; sampling and analysis best practice; allergen management strategies; and cleaning validation.

Access to the group is run on a membership basis via the Linked In website.
