Research into food choices by those with perceived food allergies
Monday, 20 September 2010 10:18
The School of Health Sciences and Social Work at University of Portsmouth is seeking volunteers to participate in a study into how adults decide what foods they consume. The project will investigate attitudes, behaviour, beliefs and experiences of adults who believe they are allergic to egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, crustaceans, fish, or wheat.
Participants in the study must not have had food allergies diagnosed at any time. More information can be found on the Look UP website.
