Register now for Food Allergy Symposium, France

Registrations for the limited number of places at the Symposium on Frontiers in Food Allergen Risk Assessment to be held on 20-22 October 2010 in Nice, France are currently being taken on a first come first served basis. The scientific program and registration forms are now available on-line.

The symposium will be hosted by EuroPrevall in partnership with ILSI Europe, the FSA (UK), FARRP and the HESI PATC (USA). Key themes of the program will be patterns and prevalence, thresholds (priority setting and criteria) and how these different elements can be integrated to assess the risk from food allergens. A summary report will be produced as an output of the symposium.
