NZIFST allergen short course

The New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology (NZIFST) will host a short course industry update ‘PIF, VITAL and Allergens’ at the Waipuna Hotel, Auckland on 4^th May 2011. Registrations closed on 20^th April, however late registrations may be accepted, subject to availability.
