New VITAL Coordinator appointed

 Georgina Christensen joins the Allergen Bureau most recently from the Heinz infant food factory at Echuca. Georgina worked in Quality Assurance and Product Development roles with a strong focus on allergens.

This included investigating food ingredients for hidden allergens, product design and scheduling, allergen labelling and allergen control in the manufacturing environment. Georgina’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science) Honours. Georgina has recently relocated to Sydney and is keen to start this challenging role.
