The new version of the popular supplier questionnaire - the Product Information Form (PIF) was launched today at the Allergen Bureau Conference in Brisbane, signifying the successful conclusion of an initial pilot and review stage during the past 18 months.

Consultation paper on revised AFGC Allergen Guide

The Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC) is seeking comments on the revised Allergen Management and Labelling guide, which updates the previous 2002 guide, providing greater flexibility and simplification of complex allergen management systems for industry, especially in with precautionary "May contain...." labelling.
