Living Gluten Free Conference

A half-day conference on gluten free living will be held at the William Angliss Conference Centre in Melbourne on Saturday 22 May 2010. Guest speakers featured on the program include Professor Robert Anderson, Dr Sue Shepherd, Dr Jason Tye-Din, Dr Evan Newnham, and Dr Ruba Gunatheesan. Topics range from a gluten free muffin cooking demonstration to the latest information on the coeliac vaccine trial, and non-coeliac gluten intolerance.
