Gluten Free Food and Allergen Show comes to Sydney

A reminder that the Gluten Free Food and Allergen Show will be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre on the 14th and 15th of November.  The show’s target market is people suffering from allergies and or food intolerance which the show’s organisers maintain is now in excess of four million Australians.

The estimated expenditure by allergy sufferers alone in 2007 was estimated at over (direct and indirect) seven billion dollars.
