Gluten Free Food & Allergy Show goes to New Zealand

Following the successful inaugural event in Auckland last year, the Australian founders of The Gluten Free Food & Allergy Show have partnered with New Zealand magazine Healthy Food Guide to host the show in Auckland and Christchurch this year. It will be held on the weekend of 23 -24 May 2009 at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds and on 3-4 October 2009 at the Christchurch Convention Centre.

The show includes retail and sampling of foods and suitable products, plus cooking demonstrations. A series of free seminars is also scheduled to include speakers such as dietitian Anna Richards, Dr Rodney Ford (The Gluten Expert) and Allergy New Zealand.
