Frontiers in Food Allergen Risk Assessment

A symposium jointly hosted by ILSI Europe, EuroPrevall, UK Food Standards Agency, ILSI HESI Protein Allergenicity Technical Committee, and the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) will be held on 20-22 October 2010, in Nice, France.
The program for the symposium on the 'Frontiers in Food Allergen Risk Assessment' will cover the global prevalence of food allergies including the new data emerging from the EuroPrevall project.
Symposium presenters will describe new and emerging perspectives of allergen management, including the modelling and use of allergen threshold levels in clinical and practical settings.
