A one-day event will be held at BioPark Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom on 23rd Oct 2009. The session is the first EuroScicon meeting on Food Allergy, and will be chaired by Dr. Kamal Ivory and Professor Claudio Nicoletti from the Institute of Food Research, Norwich, UK. The program aims to provide a broad overview of food allergies and intolerances, including the susceptibility to food allergy, early life origins of food allergy, industrial dimensions of food allergy and the effects of food processing on food allergenicity.
