Effective control of allergens in food production

The Institute of Food Science and Technology in the UK is holding its annual Spring Conference on 7th and 8th April 2011. This year’s conference will focus on the effective control of allergens in food production.
The programme will feature keynote presentations from world renowned experts, including Professor Steve Taylor from FARRP, Professor Claire Mills from the Institute of Food Research, and Sue Hattersley from the UK Food Standards Authority. There will also be a set of three practical workshops which delegates can attend in rotation: Planning for success; Facility design and cleaning; and The role of testing: validation and verification.
