Dr Scott Sicherer featured on the ABC Health Report

Dr Scott Sicherer, Professor of Paediatrics, Allergy and Immunology at the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York was interviewed by Norman Swan for the Health Report on ABC Radio National last week.

The topics discussed during the interview included the symptoms of food allergy, the challenges of strictly avoiding foods that trigger allergic reactions, and Dr Sicherer’s research into the incidence of food-allergy related bullying of children and potential therapies for food allergy that are currently being studied at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
