Conference on allergen-free foods

The daily online news service FoodNavigator.com will host a conference on allergen-free foods in London on 31 March 2011.

The conference will feature presentations by some of the world’s experts in food allergen awareness and management including Dr Claire Mills, Institute of Food Research, Norwich, UK; Dr Rene Crevel from Unilever, UK; and David Reading, OBE, honorary vice president of Anaphylaxis Campaign. Several representatives from the food industry will present case studies and insights into the production and marketing of allergen-free foods.

The conference is targeted towards food industry personnel involved in R&D, new product development, food technology, food innovation, regulation, marketing, and product or brand management.
