Brisbane conference to feature food allergen workshop

The Twelfth Government Food Analysts Conference is scheduled for 22‐24 February 2011, to be hosted by Queensland Health’s Forensics and Scientific Service. The conference has the theme ‘Technology for Food Quality’ and is set to include a post‐conference workshop on ‘Allergens in Foods’ on Friday 25 February 2011.
