Approaches to Risk Assessment in Food Allergy Workshop 29-30 May 2007, Madrid

In May 2007, the EU project EUROPREVALL (www.europrevall.org) and the UK Food Standards Agency (UKFSA) facilitated a workshop with the support of ILSI Europe on "Approaches to Risk Assessment in Food Allergy".

The workshop was initiated in recognition that there is currently no agreed procedure to assess the public health risk from food allergens.
