Anaphylaxis Australia have developed a kit aimed at food service teams. It is designed to help managers, chefs and staff improve their knowledge about food allergy and respond accurately to enquiries about the ingredients in foods. Also included in the kit is information on how to identify hazards when storing ingredients, preparing recipes/menus, cooking and serving meals and reducing allergen cross contamination.
