Allergy guidelines for breastfeeding women

Many breast-feeding mothers associate infant symptoms of crying or irritability to something they themselves have eaten. As a result, they become concerned about allergies or the impact of certain foods being passed on to their child. A recent review has looked at scientific literature related to diet and breast-feeding and made seven practice recommendations to be used as clinical guidelines.
