Allergen training for food scientists

A two-day training session for food scientists will be hosted by MoniQA on 24 and 25 March 2011, in Ankara, Turkey.
The course, "Food Industry & Allergens: Legislation, Analysis and Risk Management" will address the new European regulations relating to gluten-free labelling as well as allergen control plans, sampling and analytical issues. Practical suggestions and case studies will be shared with delegates, and training in ELISA testing for food allergens will also be provided.
