Allergen Bureau Conference and Workshops

The Allergen Bureau Management Committee is pleased to provide the Registration and Program form for the upcoming Allergen Bureau Conference and workshops, to be held in Sydney on 19 February and in Melbourne on 28 February 2007.

The Conference, workshops and associated discussions on allergen-related matters with colleagues from the Australian and New Zealand food industry are sure to be a source of valuable information and contacts for your work in this important area.

We still have a couple of speaker spots to secure, and will keep you updated on these and other developments via the Allergen Bureau website.

As with all such events, we will need to limit registrations to suit venue capacity. To avoid missing out on the 2007 Conference and workshop, I urge you to fill in and submit your registration form before you head off for Christmas.
