AgriQuality VITAL Workshop

Kirsten Grinter from Nestle and Lyn Davies from AgriQuality presented a challenging and successful workshop on the VITAL tool in Melbourne on 30 May 2007 as part of the annual AgriQuality Food Lab Seminar.

The workshop gave food industry representatives one of the first opportunities to work with the VITAL tool in a real-life scenario. With the AFGC Product Information Form and the preferred labelling format being an integral part of the VITAL process, detailed descriptions of these were also presented during the session.  The full presentation and worked examples (with and without answers) are now available for download.
