AFGC to lead masterclass on food labelling

The NSW Food Authority and Food Standards Australia New Zealand  will hold a major food safety conference from Wednesday 19 September to Friday 21 September at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, NSW.

The conference will cover the latest information on the future of food: trends; perspectives on developments across the community and industry; and the challenges these present.

Specialists in food safety and regulation from Australia and overseas will lead discussions and conduct masterclasses on crucial issues for the consumer, regulatory, health and industry sectors. There will be masterclasses on food safety, allergies, labelling, standardisation and dietary modelling. The Australian Food and Grocery Council will lead the masterclass on labelling.
