Informa will be holding their 9th Annual Food Regulations Conference on 22nd – 23rd November 2007 at the Radisson Plaza, Sydney.

Allergen management features heavily on the program once again this year. A session on Allergen Testing will be presented by Robin Sherlock, Technical Director, Food Allergy Control Training Analysis, and Dr Vish Lakshminarayana, Group Technical & Quality Manager, Freedom Nutritional Products, will discuss the challenges faced by food manufacturers.

The event also features a separate workshop on the legal issues of allergen management, facilitated by Madeleine Kearney, Solicitor, Clayton Utz.
