2nd International Food Allergens Laboratory workshop

Greek company Food Allergens Laboratory will host a two-day workshop entitled ‘Food Nutrients, Nutrition Labelling, Nutrition & Health Claims’, in Athens on 29-31 May 2009. The session will provide information on food labelling trends, and explore what consumers are thinking about food and health. The new regulation for gluten-free and the mandatory allergen labelling requirements will also be amongst the topics discussed.
