14th Vitafoods Europe Conference

The 14^th Vitafoods Europe Conference will be held in Geneva, Switzerland from 10^th – 13^th May 2011. Day two of this neutraceutical conference will feature a satellite session on food allergy and intolerance chaired by Professor Clare Mills from the Institute of Food Research, Norwich, England.

Topics on the programme include: Building the evidence base for allergen labelling; Managing allergen risks in functional foods, and Allergy risk evaluation of novel proteins and foods for human consumption. Speakers include Rene Crevel, Unilever UK; Tony Hines, Leatherhead Food Research; and Dr Lars Poulsen, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
