Georgina Christensen has been appointed to the newly created Allergen Bureau position of VITAL Coordinator to meet the increasing demand for information and support for VITAL (Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen Labelling).

The VITAL (Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen) system for food allergen advisory labelling developed by the Australian Food and Grocery Council’s (AFGC) Allergen Forum will take centre stage at the Allergen Bureau Conference in Adelaide, Thursday 11 September.
