The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation is hosting a series of Melbourne-based events beginning with a free public lecture on Sunday 18 November 2007.

A scientific conference will then be held on Monday 19 November at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Proudly supported by the Victorian Government, the Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation’s 2007 Scientific Conference will invite global scientific leaders in the field of allergy and immunology to discuss their research and ascertain the best future directions to address anaphylaxis in general and nut allergy in particular. A session for those interested in determining policy with respect to anaphylaxis will be held on Tuesday 20th November. A fundraising event ‘The Rainbow Ball’ will be held prior to the formal proceedings, on Saturday 17th November.
