This year, the Conference will be held in both Sydney and Brisbane. The Brisbane event will be held on Tuesday 12th February at the Holiday Inn, and the Sydney event will be held on Tuesday 26th February at Oatlands House, Oatlands (north of Parramatta). Amongst the highlights of the 2008 program are: Case studies - real life examples of how successful manufacturers deal with multiple allergens on one site; What food auditors look for and what they need to know about allergen control, and; what is expected of food manufacturers who supply a school canteen.
