With an international keynote speaker headlining the program, the Allergen Bureau Conference and Breakfast Seminar will provide a great opportunity to find out the latest information on allergen management and the challenges for industry, both here and around the world. The forum will also enable the food industry to discuss issues associated with implementing allergen management tools, including actual experiences of application by food industry members.

The Allergen Bureau is also pleased to support the Inaugural CCI Allergen Conference 2009, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Western Australia. This one-day conference is designed for anyone who is involved in the production, manufacturing, distribution, selling or providing of food to consumers.
